We provide both individual and couples sessions.

All of our sessions are conducted virtually to ensure privacy and safety. We value your decision to maintain privacy during any/every session and anonymity is understood and accepted. We will collaborate with you to select the virtual video platform that best suits your preferences. Depending on the session, these can be one-on-one or group/couples sessions. It is important to note that the primary objective of these sessions is to foster open and transparent communication.

This space is intended to be a safe haven, free from judgment and criticism.

To initiate our services, we conduct an introductory Consultation and Understanding session to establish expectations and comprehensively assess your situation and relationship. During this session, we outline the assistance we can provide on your journey in your current or previous relationship. We recommend that you be prepared to be open, honest, and willing to trust the process.

Should you decide to proceed with our discussions, we offer Trust and Perspective sessions where we delve deeper into your relationship. In these sessions (the number of sessions will be tailored to your goals and objectives), it becomes your turn to share your story and situation in detail. We will listen attentively, ask numerous questions, including potentially uncomfortable questions and provide our perspective on what we have heard. It is essential to recognize that this is not therapy but rather an objective viewpoint from an individual who has experienced infidelity and emerged victorious. In certain cases, the most objective observer is an outsider who is not personally involved in your situation.

Our primary objective is to assist you in gaining clarity, comprehending your emotions and providing you with the necessary information to make the most informed decision for yourself and your relationship.

We do not offer advice; instead, we offer perspective.

Although we lack formal therapeutic training, we would like to clarify that our role is not therapeutic in nature. We are individuals with extensive knowledge of infidelity, having personally experienced or witnessed various aspects of the situation. Our insights are derived from our personal experiences. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that we do not assume the position of experts. Instead, we utilize our knowledge and perspective to offer valuable information and support in enabling you to make informed decisions.

We believe that by providing objective listening and drawing upon our experience in your current circumstances, we can offer you an objective perspective that may assist you in making informed choices regarding any potential next steps in your relationship.

Advice is a recommendation. Based on the information provided and research, someone providing advice essentially states that they believe a particular course of action or decision should be made. We do not want to be in the position of advising you on what you need to do for your relationship.

Perspective is different. When you share your information, as we know nothing else, we understand it objectively and only within that context. The more you share, the more context we have to share our perspective on what you have shared with us. In topics like these, it is very easy to let emotions drive your decision. Our perspective takes emotions out of the equation because we are not vested in your decision.

The decision is ultimately yours. What we do offer is a very different and objective view of your situation that you may not have considered, understood, or even known. We listen to your story in ways you cannot hear yourself. We are the advocate of a different viewpoint, a varied perspective that you may or may not agree with but provides you with an additional decision point (or points) you likely never considered. This is what we provide: additional perspectives needed to help you make the best decision for you.

We hold all of our sessions virtually. We understand this can be a very touchy and sensitive subject so we 100% respect your right to privacy. This is also a matter of physical and emotional safety. This ensures that all parties are comfortable speaking about these delicate topics in an environment that is comfortable for each party involved.

Over the past three decades, we have conducted extensive research on infidelity, providing us with a comprehensive understanding of its dynamics. Unlike therapeutic interventions, our role is not to offer advice. Instead, we serve as impartial listeners, assisting you in gaining a new perspective on your situation. By presenting objective information, we empower you to fully comprehend all aspects of your relationship before making a decision.
